Healing

Dorothy has an appointment with her surgeon today.  It has been a month since the accident, and we will be getting an X-ray of how the healing has gone.  It is amazing to see her progress.

She still has a ways to go, but she has made some awesome progress.  Thank you everyone for the prayers and words of encouragement.  In all honesty, that is how we were able to keep moving forward.
Please don't stop them!

Through this whole thing I have learned this: it is the simple things that we take for granted each day.  Yes, I know that is cheesy, over said, cliche- and that all those mean the same thing- but it is true.

So take time today to thank God for the simple things.
