Tonight kicks off Impact Weekend '08 at Rocky Creek. Where I am an intern, the worship leader intern. Anyway- I am really excited about this- to see what God is gonna do. Last night was amazing (Last night was Storehouse- the wed night worship time). It went so smoothly- we used a countdown video to start it off, and me and blake, my drummer- went on before it was over, so the lights came on while we were up there. IT was awesome! But on a more spiritual thought- I really had a amazing time jsut worshipping God. We did the song, Facedown, by Matt Redman. I love that song- because what else will we be able to do when we see God. As I told my kids- We say we will tell him how awesome He is, and how much we love Him- but we will only be able to fall down flat on our face. We can't give HIm any glory he doesn't already have, we just have to get out of the way of blocking it by falling facedown.
Impact will be awesome.
