Every year we lavish our dad's with gifts to tell him how special he is to us. We then, at least in my family, get dressed and head off to church, where the service is directed at dad. This is followed by dad's choice of lunch.
But today, on this father's day, let's celebrate the Father who had to watch His son die for us. While our Heavenly Father does not expect gifts from us like the gifts we shower upon Dad, he does want us to worship Him.
